Overview

Thank you for shopping at Romy Park City! We happily accept returns and/or exchanges for store credit within 7 days of you receiving your order so long as the item(s) are unworn, unused, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Some items are sent with security tape attached. Please note that in these cases, the security tape must be intact and still attached to the garment in order to qualify for a return. This is to protect the integrity of higher price items and allow for them to be loved by another customer. Items that are returned in conditions otherwise to what we’ve described will be rejected and returned to the customer. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with store credit and you will be notified immediately of the amount of store credit you hold with Romy Park City. As a new small business, we do not offer refunds; we offer store credit only.

Please note that we cannot offer returns or exchanges on the following types of products:

  • Jewelry
  • Fur and faux fur
  • Leather goods (see below)
  • Footwear
  • Swimwear
  • Sunglasses
  • Undergarments
  • Gift cards
  • Any items marked down on sale

Leather goods include (but are not limited to) shoes, handbags, wallets, jackets and belts. We do not accept returns of any kind after the 7 days of receiving your order. At this time, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on purchases made using AfterPay or Affirm. However, we are working with these payment vendors to make returns and exchanges available to our customers.

Shipping Returns

Please note, we DO NOT provide return labels.

To return your item(s), you will need to complete and submit the online return form below, you will need to package the item(s) securely, then obtain a shipping label and ship the package to the below address:

Processing Returns & Return Credit

Once we’ve received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed and store credit to be issued. We will send you an email notifying you that we’ve received your returned item(s). We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit only.

If you received complimentary shipping on your order, there will be an automatic $30 USD (domestic) deduction or $60 USD (international) deduction fee to offset any shipping, duties and handling costs incurred by Romy. In regards to store credit, we strongly urge our customers to make sure to spend your store credit before it expires, as store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue. You can also spend your store credit in-store.

Exchanges

If you received an item that was defective or damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@romyparkcity.com 

We will ask you to take a photo of the items so that we can start an official claim with the shipping service. We will then start an exchange process with you. Please contact us at the email listed above so we can start this process and make things right.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Sale items are not eligible for store credit at this time.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gifted store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.

Customer Support

These terms are designed to ensure transparency and cover the costs associated with processing returns and managing shipping and handling. Eventually, when our business has grown and we can hire additional employees, we hope to cover these costs fully. In the meantime, thank you for your understanding and your continued support.
