Shipping
Our goal at Romy is to have your order delivered as soon as possible. Usually this means dispatching all online orders within 1-3 business days. Depending on the options you selected during online checkout, you’ll most likely receive an email confirmation with tracking details after your order has been shipped.
If your order contains multiple items including a pre-order item, we will deliver all in-stock items first. Your pre-ordered item(s) will be shipped separately when we receive them in our flagship store.
Please reach out to us at hello@romyparkcity.com for any questions about your order or to update your shipping address. If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, Romy is not responsible for any incorrect information.
For our international shoppers (i.e., those with orders shipping outside the continental United States), we offer express international shipping through DHL. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. On average, deliveries are made approximately 5-7 business days after dispatching.
Please note that shipping costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Due to import regulations, DHL (the carrier) may charge import fees (duties and taxes) upon delivery. Kindly note that Romy cannot refund these fees, even if you decide to return your order.
In addition, if you are located outside the United States, please make sure to accept shipment delivery. International customers who refuse a shipment from Romy are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and this will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.
Depending on country regulations, we may be required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
