Our goal at Romy Park City is to have your order delivered as soon as possible. Usually this means dispatching all online orders within 1-3 business days. Depending on the options you selected during online checkout, you’ll most likely receive an email confirmation with tracking details after your order has been shipped.
If your order contains multiple items including a pre-order item, we will deliver all in-stock items first. Your pre-ordered item(s) will be shipped separately when we receive them in our flagship store.

For our international shoppers (i.e. those wishing to ship outside the continental United States), unfortunately we DO NOT offer international shipping at this time. We are currently working with our shipping partners to bring Romy Park City to our international customers. We appreciate your understanding and please stay tuned for updates.
