  The 90’s Utility Loose jean by Frame melds ‘90s-inspired cargo details with natural waist fit. The denim falls loose through the leg, tapering slightly towards the ankle. The angled yoke waistband, oversized back pockets, and a rolled hem that hits at the ankle complete the utility-inspired look.
